I have never had a problem with the online aspect of this company. They have a great cross section of golfing equipment and clothing at good sizes and as I am 6'3" with a waist measurement of larger than 40" I am grateful they do. The delivery system works and I have always received my order prior to the estimated delivery time. Whichever way you look at it my experience has always been positive.
