I unwrapped a new all weather glove the other day but after 40 shots on the range the fingers were shredded and so I emailed the manufacturer about it in the evening. It was, of course, an incorrect course of action to take as I should have mailed the vendor, Direct Golf (DG). To my pleasant surprise I was contacted the following morning by DG who wrote asking my glove size etc because they wished to replace it. They did so and I was fully informed of the process - the glove was immediately dispatched to me and I received it the following day. I have fully described the experience because DG dealt with the matter so efficiently and expeditiously - very, very impressive and I remain hugely impressed by the company's staff. Thank you DG!!!!
