I ordered clothing and wedges. The wedges were in stock but the clothing wasn't, but the advertised due delivery was a few days away so I ordered. Biggest mistake!
The clothing never arrived into them, therefore they didn't dispatch any of the equipment including the wedges!
I chased, they gave me a new date for the clothing, hey presto that didn't happen either, however they continued to show delivery dates on the website for new buyers.
Weeks had now passed and only when I challenged them did they admit the wedges were in stock and were sat waiting for the clothing!!! How bad is that customer service, they can't even be bothered to send me the items I had ordered that were in stock to me!!!
The clothing finally arrived some numerous weeks after the order, so basically it took me over a month to get my clothes and wedges when American Golf could have done it in 48 hours and would have split the order automatically .
In my opinion, only use Direct Golf as a very last resort!
The customer service is poor, the company communication is poor and the ability to hold back purchases whilst waiting for incoming stock in order to save on postage is scandalous!
If I can help it, NEVER EVER EVER again will I shop at DG
