Always found Direct Golf reliable, with a great range of products and prompt in delivery. HOWEVER, recently I ordered 2 Adams Ideal hybrids, (6 and 7 iron replacements). They were out of stock at the time of order, due to be in stock by May 25th (2015). By the end of May I still had not received my clubs. I 'phoned. As usual, excellent response from the Customer Service team. Clubs duly arrived, BUT I was sent TWO 7 irons! Perhaps I misunderstood, but I was asked to return 1 of the irons and that my 6 would arrive on Thursday June 4th when the 7 iron was returned The 7 iron was duly uplifted but no 6 iron was delivered. Not a major tragedy, but frustrating! I'll get my club eventually!
