re. return and exchange of john letters tour cart bag. I was very pleased with the bag, but if you check the rain hood it is not fit for purpose on a power cart as advertised by Sam Torrance. The hood zip operates from the top to the bottom thereby all clubs are exposed to rainfall. It appears to me that this bag is fit for ride on carts. p.s. john letters loss was powacaddys gain. but seriously I think john letters should look at this product.
