Chair is great, looks fabulous, is comfortable and came within 2 days. However, the box looked like it had been in a train crash. It had obviously been opened and used before. The packaging contain the screws was sellotaped back together. Everything was present and correct except the instructions, fortunately it was easy enough without. Had to say I was disappointed to be charged full price for a return.
