The items were cheaper than the identical units we were replacing from another supplier but they arrived the day after we ordered them and they are exactly as expected. So, it is 5 stars for the products and 5 stars for their customer service. Will certainly be happy to buy from MDM again based on this experience (accepting that we do not know how effective their customer service would be in the case of a product fault or return but we have no reason to doubt this)
