Hi, from the moment I picked the phone up to speak to them, ordering of the chairs, payment, through to being kept upto date on time of delivery was good.
My only complaint would be that the screw putting the seats together (4 on each chair) were of a quite soft metal & you had to be very careful when tightiening them up as one of them I've had issues with as it's fallen out as it's threaded and it won't tighten.
