Missed out on "Very Good" rating only because of the delivery company used in London. Driver refused to help deliver goods (chairs - not heavy but bulky) to my flat despite the building I live in being equipped with 2 lifts. He also would not allow me the time to check that the goods were conform to my order and in good condition (luckily enough, all was as it should be).
