I purchased a chair and was pleased that I had a call to inform me of no refund policy and did i want to carry on with the purchase.All fine but was disappointed to find that the seat had mould marks where the underneath fixings had been moulded to chair. I didn't feel I could complain due to the "no refund " policy. A shame really as I love this chair but would have preferred one that was not marked I now keep a cushion on the chair to hide the marks
