My table arrived on 4th September and I am very pleased with it. It was well wrapped and protected. Your communication was excellent but I would have like more information from Furdeco about the wait for delivery. I ordered the table on 11th August and I understand that Direct Living quickly released the table to Furdeco. Although Furdeco were quick to communicate with me by email, I had one missed call from them about delivery and then heard nothing more for another week, by which time I contacted them. Furdeco did a good job but I would have found it useful to know I had a two week wait for delivery.
However, a pleasing transaction with Direct Living.
