I received my chair and there was a scratch down the middle and a few marks on the back of the seat. I did call and someone asked me to take a picture and you would send a new chair out. The trouble is I'm not always around to accept delivery so I haven't bothered. I do feel that the chair should have been checked before it was sent to me in this condition and whoever packed it needs training on quality of goods before just shopping off!
