We ordered 4 chairs. The delivery box was completely mashed up on arrival and as a results all the chairs had small chips. These chairs were meant as office chairs so we weren’t overly picky. As we had just moved to a new office space, we had to set up 3 chairs to work (you need to assemble the legs with the seat) and we returned one as badly damage. MDM did offer to change all chairs, but unfortunately we didn’t have the time to wait for a new delivery + installing them. The exchange chair was in immaculate condition, so we do think it might have been the delivery in fault.
