Very very disappointed with Direct Sight. I chose my frames and ordered Premium package with varifocals, photo chromatic lens and all the trimmings etc. I included an up to date prescription and my PD. I just couldn't see properly out of them when they arrived; gave them a few days then had to send them back with required form and explanation. Also the frames were described as large, but they were very small and too tight on the sides of my head - the arms were too long, which resulted in them falling off my nose. I then received a reply stating that I would only receive the amount for the frames and not the lenses!! This meant that out of the £186 I paid, I would only receive as a refund about £24 for the frames. Totally misleading advertising. Looking closely at the Returns info, it states "return frames", which I assumed included the lenses......I would avoid this company unfortunately. I decided to ask that my lens and frames were returned and I'll go elsewhere, but check them out more thoroughly first!
