Seriously Dont Bother with them at all…
Seriouslyn't bother with them at all ! As a loyal customer having the same prescription and this is my 3rd lot ,they were wrong ! told to send them back for correction at my expense as they have a problem with the Post Office getting their return labels Ha Ha ! total rubbish and today for the umpteenth time their phone lines are out of order and when they are working the cut off after 10 mins and 31 seconds, one day I grew a beard waiting for them to answer and when they do (a week ago ) they give you the runaround! fine when they get compliments but when they get a negative review like this you will be ignored. The whole experience with Direct Sight was a total disgrace! And it is still not resolved. perhaps it is to do with their position at Companies House, CHECK YOURSELVES ! before you part with your cash!
