Broke my glasses and didn't have time to go to Specsavers etc so I paid for their "next-day if ordered before 3pm" service in order to have glasses ready in time to go on holiday for the weekend. Gave it 4 days breathing room just in-case they turned out to be delayed.
Unfortunately these useless flannels seem to advertise services they can't deliver, and so it wasn't until well over a week that I actually got them, AFTER I chased them up and had to then wait several days for a slow response ("oh sorry it got lost, i'll put it through now"). Of course the glasses are pretty much superfluous by this time as I've already returned from a blurry-eyed holiday lol.
They were so honourable they even decided to give me a £10 refund. Funny considering you have to pay £19 for the next-day service.
The glasses themselves were scratched lol, some weirdly oily fingerprints all over both of the lenses and chunks of the cheapy plastic frames had already been chipped off.
Complete joke of a company. They've clearly been messing with reviews to give themselves a higher score on TrustPilot etc given how terrible they are. (4+ stars lol give me a break)
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
