VERY DISAPPOINTING MARIA!! Paid over a month ago for urgent glasses for my mother who has cataracts and glaucoma they messed me around from day one with empty promises and no delivery what so ever,was lied to several times and given false delivery dates by Maria Unfortunately, in that time my mother was unable to read as she had no glasses. SO NO GLASSES & NO CONTACT ! I Rang Maria, who told me catagorically they'll be upgraded post on the 17th of January because we've waited a almost a month - so we would get next day delivery! NOTHING waited three extra days no contact!! Emailed them about their complaints process as they are not been proactive or honest about delivery dates….DO NOT BUY ! After reading all the really bad reviews over the Internet this is something I wished I had done before I paid them, BIG lesson learnt now...
