Terrible customer service! I ordered tinted lenses by mistake and emailed them ten minutes after order so they could fix the error. I received no response and it was only when I posted a negative review on Trustpilot that they replied. I then sent them another email as requested but the answer was not clear and I was left non the wiser as to what was happening. Very very very frustrating. I ended up writing to them to cancel my order and ask for a refund. One thing that really puzzles me is that the reviews for this company on Trustpilot are great and yet on this site they’re awful. Are Trustpilot not to be trusted? Because my experience matches the complaints and reviews posted on here a lot more than on Trustpilot!!
