1 starHELP NEEDED URENTLY! Hello, I Purchased a pair of glasses. Unfortunately they sent me the completely wrong lenses. In order to return the glasses they made me pay for recorded postage which they promised they would pay me back for. Unfortunately it has been over a month since they have received the returned glasses, and I am still yet to receive my money back. They are also not responding to any of my emails.
Please help, am I able to contact the police or have I just been a victim of Fraud, with nothing I can do about it. Please could someone give me advice. It would be greatly appreciated, as I am desperate to get my money back
