Absolutely shocking customer service. We cancelled our service after 2 year of payment to them, we cancelled our order and requested a refund. We we're promised the months refund. We were given that in writing, they have dodged us, passed us around, failed to act and months later still not returned our frightful refund. In my opinion they extremely poorly ran, unreasonable and lack honour in business of any kind. I whole heartedly recommend you look elsewhere. I have reported them to trading standards and will now pursue them through the courts, with the evidence and names they provided
