The desk functions great and I’m happy with the aesthetics and functionality. However, assembling the desk was awful. I got an old version of the wood top and a new version/design of the hardware. This resulted in the pre-drilled holes not matching up and taking longer than it should to assemble. The wire tray was on back order (that happens, not a big deal) but when it got off back order, I wasn’t sent instructions for installation OR all the parts to be able to install and had to reach out multiple times for resolution. Great product, lots of process improvements need to be made to customer experience.
