I have been with Direct Line for a few years and was thinking of changing to see if I could get a cheaper deal for the car so went on Confused.com and chose AXA. It would have been slightly cheaper but had to be done online and what I like about Direct Line is I get to talk to a real live person!! None of this "chat" which isn't chat at all it's typing. So I rang Direct Line and spoke to a helpful man who agreed the cheaper price AXA had quoted. So that made my day!
