I ordered a vap mod and battery with express shipping 2-4 days on 1/8/2020. As of today the tracking # they provided states the label created it is “Pre-Shipment USPS is awaiting the item”. I contacted the customer service # which Is impossible to actually speak to a person. I was on hold “due to high call volume” for over 1 hour. I finally reached out to the email customer service center which was both more than automated responses. They insist the USPS has this package so I spent another 45 minutes on the phone with USPS in fact that tracking # USPS has no record of, other than a label has been created. So I can only assume I have been scammed out of money from this company. Since it’s been over the 2-4 days past my express shipping that I paid for. This company if they were legitimate would have offered to refund the shipping costs when I contacted them ,yet they did not only offered excuses and blamed USPS for “not scanning the tracking #. Since I have ordered another mod & battery (exactly the same item) and it has shipped and will be in my mail box Friday. Stay away from this company. They are scamming people out of hard earned money. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and with my credit card company as well.
