Not happy
It's been over two weeks since placing my order, and USPS still has not received the package. I contacted DV customer service and they told me its already been sent, but USPS is holding the package for security reasons (because it contains batteries.) I have emailed them several times and they never answer my question as to my other items that were included in the sale. Seems they pull whatever answer out of the air. They tell me my order ($57) was cancelled and they refunded the order for 14.16 (which was the cost of 1 out of the 4 items on the order)then in another email they tell me it is held up at USPS because of batteries. USPS shows my order as “a label had been created” the day I placed order and since hasn’t moved. Think I will report to the BBB as fraudulent company. AND NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE. SAT ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR and then next call was on hold for 20 mins. Left my number to call me back on recording over 2 hours ago and still no call from an “available agent “. No way they are that busy
