I made a $150 order on January 6th. Four days later, I finally received an email saying they packed my order and it was shipped. It’s now the 20th and the “tracking” site still says it’s at a hub where it supposedly hasn’t moved in 10 days. I have made several customer service tickets in which NONE have been replied to.
I understand delivery may be difficult due to the PACT Act, but they need to be open about the fact that shipments won’t be delivered in their 3-8 day window as stated in their website. Extremely disappointed and even more angry that I’ve wasted my money. I feel like I’ve been robbed.
