I never write reviews, much less go out of my way to find a place to write one. I placed my order on January 31st and three weeks later found out that someone from a shipping company that I had never heard of, and could not find any contact information about attempted delivery on February 21st at 7PM, which was a holiday and there were five people in the house, it is beyond me how none of us heard the doorbell. The second and last delivery attempt was three days later, and according to the tracker, it was delivered. My seventeen year old daughter was home and she wasn't old enough to sign so he left with the package in spite of listing it as delivered. When I contacted direct vapor, they refused to give me my money back until they contacted the carrier, which took five days. Don't order from direct vapor unless you want to wait a month to get nothing except angry.
