Seems like the same situation as everyone else. Direct Vapor is Turning Point Brands Inc out of KY. Customer service has no information to resolve shipping issues or program issues in their shipping tracker system. No carrier contact availability and the shipper they us (5 strings) have a version cell phone as a customer service number, that has been disconnected. It seems these issues have been going on with this company for a while. Sad that an American company can intentionally rip off so many people without any legal actions yet. Customer service isn't allowed to transfer or expedite your order to management for 21 days after shipping, regardless of situation or issues. The tracking you sign up for doesn't work.
