It's been three weeks since my order; called them and got through. I asked for a refund. They said it had to be three weeks since my order was placed. I told them it had been three weeks. Then, they said three weeks worth of business days. My vape pen is broke. I ordered one online because I'm disabled and it's difficult to get to a store. No updates on the shipping nothing. I cannot buy one elsewhere, who needs two vape pens? They were short and rude on the phone. Didn't want to help me just get me off the phone. Don't believe the average shipping times listed on their website; all lies.
