signed up for subscription shipments, got a new juice, wasn't a huge fan so I wanted to cancel that but keep my coils on autoship, emailed them and instead of them cancelling the juice like I had originally asked, they told me they wouldn't do it if I didn't call in, then when I said that made 0 sense, they just cancelled all of my auto shipments. customer service is rude. They make 0 sense. I'm not sure who's running that place but they need to get it together.
