This has been goin on for months now. I order a pack of tank replacements and 1 e-liquid. Got it with no problem. Then I received another package of my same order, I did not order this second package at all. As I’ve already gotten what I need on my ONE AND ONLY ORDER. Anyways, I brushed it off that maybe I could’ve been at fault and that I might’ve made a mistake. I gave DirectVapor another go, so I bought myself a starter vape pen. Got it again no problem. Although, some how. I got another package of my first order which was again, the replacement tanks and the same e-liquid. Need I remind y’all. I only order those items ONCE. I told my self “maybe the website is buggy, maybe by removed MY **saved card** that this would stop. Absolutely wrong, I got another package of the same damn things. It makes no sense to me as to why I’m getting this when I’ve already got rid of my card from the “saved cards”. This is clearly some sick joke and no honest mistake. My first time ordering cost me $23+, now imagine getting charged more than that more than 3-4 times without you knowledge. Until receiving an email about THE ORDER. I’ve emailed them about it and they said they taken care of it. The next day... you guessed it. Another automatic order completely, that I completely didn’t do myself. I don’t understand why this is happening to me, this situation I’ve been put should never happen to me or anyone else. If anyone is experiencing the same thing, please reach out to me. If somehow this goes to far. Please support me once I take legal action, I’d appreciate it if there are many experiencing the same thing so we can take this stupid website down or something. No one deserves this.
