Ordered a bottle of eJuice, which the website shows as "in stock" (and does to this day). After a week of my order "processing", I called support to ask what was going on and was told it was on backorder but would be in within a week. This was just shy of a year ago. I've gone back and forth with support a handful of times but after 11 1/2 months of this product being on backorder, I finally demanded a refund. They couldn't do a refund but they did give me a gift card for the amount I had paid. Maybe the next (last) item I order will truly be "in stock".
