Made an order over a week ago and noticed 5 days later the order was pending shipment. I contacted Direct Vapor asking if there was a problem and they stated the item wasn't in stock... strange because it was in stock when I placed the order. They had no idea when it would be available so I requested a refund. Had I not contacted them they wouldn't have done anything. This company takes orders knowing they don't have the product so now I am without my item or my money. Stay away from this company they are shady.
