I ordered a couple bottles of juice from DirectVapor in 2018, one of which shipped but the other, although showing "in stock" on their store, was actually on backorder... for over a year. I literally waited 13 and a half months before actually getting a rep to refund me on that purchase, which ended up just being an in-store credit.
Using the in-store credit, I paid about $2.50 for another bottle that was actually in-stock and it shipped right on time. No problem there, but...
Fast forward a month and my identity was stolen. Working backwards, it wasn't hard to see that someone had dumped their customer database (due to a massive vulnerability on their storefront which runs on a 5+ year old version of Magento) and they managed to get my name, my photo ID (which I had submitted for age verification), my credit card info and my email/password combo.
So not only did I have my bank account completely cleaned out, I also had to pick up the pieces when they decided to open lines of credit in my name, took over my email/phone and dumped hundreds of files from my Google Drive as well. DirectVapor's response to this: "I'm so sorry this happened!" and they refunded the purchases the individual made with them. That's it.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. IT IS NOT SAFE!!!
