Horrible customer service. I ordered multiple items and paid for expedited shipping, only to be notified after payment was excepted that orders would be delayed 72 hours and that expedited orderes would be delivered no more than 48 hours after processing. It has been over a week now and my order on their website has been being packed for 5 business days. In addition I have submitted 3 customer service inquiries and none have been answered.
This site is a joke. Do not use their services. It will be a waste of time and money. They have failed to meet the expectations they have created for their clients on many different occasions please review their site reviews not just here but through the Better business bureau etcetera.
They logistically are inadequate and handle their negative business practices with horrible customer service!
Plan on canceling orders and being out your money up to one month.
