They claimed to have inventory of joytech coils I wanted. They were out of the other size 0.25 vs 0.6. They offered me a new customer discount of 20% so after comparing prices and seeing what inventory else where, I ordered.
They sent me the wrong size coil and only gave the discount on the first item I put in my shopping cart. The 20% discount did not correct after I added other items out of the cart and calculated again. I figured they were like other online merchants and would correct the error with a store credit or credit back on my CC. They responded that it was 20% on the subtotal... so after I confirmed the amount and pointed out that the invoice discount was clearly not the same, they still came back with the same answer like it was a robot an not a person. Then I realized they had baited and switched on me. My image of the order and calc is off by 10cents but you see how they didn't come close to calculating the 20% on the subtotal.
Wish I had looked for reviews before I ordered.
