I paid $20 on the 24th for 2 day shipping on batteries. Its been in pre-shipping since the 25th. I've submitted multiple tickets, none of which have been responded to. Unlike their website which claims 48 hours response time at the MOST, it's been 4 days since I submitted a ticket. Customer service is f***ing awful. What's the point of paying extra money when it takes the same time as regular shipping does? Not to mention noone from their company will answer. Stay away from this trash company, they are garbage.
