I actually used direct vapes for over a year and had no problems up until recently. Therefore there should be no problem, I am in the system age verified and all. With that being said, it has now been *8 days* since my order has been listed as "being packed". Not only had it not been shipped out yet but the order hasn't even been filled yet! That's ridiculous! I understand wait times with the pandemic and all; I am an understanding person but, when your left in the dark and, you advertise SAME-DAY it NEXT-DAY shipping and you don't live up to it that's so inconsiderate and just rude!! And let me add, trying to get into contact with someone through customer service had been the BIGGEST effing hassle. They site took me on circles & of course the customer service number is closed on weekends 🤷🏼‍♀️ I've never had so much trouble with a company before. Really disappointed.. did I mention this happens to be the biggest amount of money I spent with this company as well. Not in total but at once. I'd normally spend about $20-30 depending on what I needed. Well I spent almost $70 not $20 and Id like to know wtf is going on! 🤦🏼‍♀️ I even placed an order with the other company I use and literally got it in 2 days and they are further away from me then direct vapes. Wtf direct vapes.. definitely lost me as a customer in this one.
