I strongly advise against choosing this company for your flooring needs. My experience has been extremely disappointing. Initially, the sales representative, Ali, was courteous and helpful until the payment was processed. We scheduled a delivery for a Friday in preparation for installation the following Monday. However, we received a last-minute notification that the delivery would not occur. Attempts to reach Ali for clarification were unsuccessful, as he did not respond to our calls. Eventually, I spoke with another representative, Sean, who informed me that once the order is completed, they are unable to assist with delivery issues. They stated that after the sale, a separate company manages deliveries and they lack control over this process. Despite my request for contact information for the delivery company, Sean indicated that they did not have it, which later proved to be inaccurate. Consequently, I needed to take an additional day off work as they do not deliver if no one is home. Fortunately, the flooring was delivered on Monday at 9:00 AM, but I was the only one available to receive it since they do not carry it into the home, leaving it at the doorstep. Upon inspecting the delivery, we discovered several boxes of flooring in different colors. Efforts to reach Ali again for assistance were ignored. The subcontracted fitter managed to contact Sean, who then informed me that the delivery company would provide the correct boxes on the following Friday. This timeline would not work, as our fitter was only available until Wednesday. As Thursday approached, I sought confirmation of the delivery timeframe, but Sean reiterated that they could not manage delivery logistics. Later that day, I received an email stating the delivery would occur between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM on Friday, contrary to what was previously promised. As I write this, I am waiting for the delivery, uncertain if it will arrive at all. Should it not arrive, I will provide an additional update. Based on my experience, I would recommend looking for a different company, as the level of professionalism and reliability has been inadequate, leading to significant costs in both time and frustration.
