I’m a barista and we’re experimenting with various coffee blends. We needed decaff in a hurry but the wrong coffee was sent. Even after sending the customer service person photos of the incorrect order along with my invoice where my order was spelled out, she was convinced it was the correct order. I had to speak to a gentleman on the phone who was very obliging and organised a pick-up and drop-off of the correct order while the customer service lady was still convinced there was no mistake. As a first- time customer, we are a little hesitant to deal with them again and are not sure that the coffee quality and taste is worth the savings. Nice to try something new though and taste is subjective.
