I was forwarded an incorrect order recently and would have thought that an apology was in order ! I had hoped to use ready - crumbed biscoff biscuits in desserts this weekend but had to make the biscoff crumbs myself. Quite a long time consumed when one has to make 3 bases for cheesecakes.
I have ordered this food item from you before and have found you very satisfactory but on this occasion not so. It was however a minor inconvenience. Replacement has not arrived YET !!
