I was looking for Senseo Pods. Had some trouble getting a purchase page. Eventually found it. My fault that I ordered the wrong Pod. Sent it back. Lovely Lady phoned me to say they had received the parcel and were sending the correct Pods to me. How good is that? Not a machine, but a real live person!!!
