I haven’t had such service online since forever.
I placed an order for syrups and pumps. One pump was broken on in the box.
I emailed not expecting anything which is not unusual now with complaints but I was very pleasantly surprised when your customer service issued my replacement. Well done to all concerned. It’s not about the price, it’s about customer service and on that note you get 10/10.
