Delivery or rather non-delivery. It took over five working days for my coffee to arrive. Courier lied about trying to contact me from the Monday to the Friday saying that he had phoned me every day and got no reply. Rubbish. I'm have my mobile powered on 24/7 and have never ever had a missed call. I suggest that either Discount Coffee or the Courier Company check his mobile phone record for proof that I received no such calls. And then give him his marching orders.
