My package arrived with one of the items leaking through a lid which was not properly closed (which means it must have been opened prior to delivery) and with one other item missing completely, packing slip just said "none left". I was not contacted before the order was shipped to substitute the missing item, so if I didn't follow up myself, they would have just charged me for an extra item. I did get a refund for the two items, after messaging, but this was a pretty unpleasant experience to be honest, especially since all of our previous orders were without any issues.
