My order had been taking a little longer than expected so I emailed the customer service and spoke with Janette who went on the hunt for it. She informed me my order had been mixed up and sent to the wrong depot. She had contacted the courier company and redirected it to me. Also sent me an email to let me know when it was out for delivery the morning of... 10/10 for customer service! will 100% use again
