REF iNVOICE #100054444 16TH April 2020. I used your website to order Senseo Coffee pods. All went well until I came to paying by Paypal. The website did not respond at this stage and I checked my PayPal account and the payment was not made. I then contacted discountcoffee by phone and spoke to a man called Robert and I explained my problem with the website. In order to expedite the order I gave him my Visa debit card number. He contacted me later and said he would look into the website difficulty in accepting PayPal payment. Some time later he contacted me again, and 'walked' me through the ordering procedure and this time the payment by Paypal was accepted. So the situation at the moment is I have paid by Visa debit card AND via Paypal. He then told me that I would receive a refund to by debit card- that was on the 17th April, - it is now the 21st April and I still have not received the payment of 26.93 euro.
