Placed an order which got sent out and then cancelled. I received an email from the courier to say it had been cancelled but after some time no follow up email from the company to say I’ll be sent a replacement/refund. However when I had to contact them regarding the issue they responded promptly and sent me out a replacement which was appreciated! Packaged well and very happy with the quality of the products, thank you :)
