Nobody to call. Email responses take too long for a response. Deliveries are regularly missing items with the excuse being 'the item was damaged'. Whilst damage can happen there is no mechanism to notify the business. As you can appreciate when orders arrive staff place them away and it is extremely difficult to always check the unreliable orders. Once communicated they do send a replacement but unless you contact them they wont reimburse you or make any effort to contact. This is a massive failure and there needs to be measures in place to contact businesses with non delivery.
