As I used them in the past without any real issues I ordered again , a few days after the order I had an issue with courier claiming the items 'could not be delivered' no response at first when I queried the problem so had to send futher emails askimg what was going on. It transpired that I had emailed in the midst of the company being taken over and my follow up email had been recieved on the new owners first day. They were entirely within their rights to politley tell me to go away as the issue was the responsibility of the previous regime, what followed was the exact opposite. They went above and beyond to sort out the problem and kept in contact to ensure my order was reshipped and had arrived. Absolutley brilliant service, top notch customer service and suffice it to say they now have a repeat customer in me. Thanks guys,
