Ordered a UP! cookie jar and hoodie 18/08/23 to accompany other gifts for my first wedding anniversary for my wife, hoodie cane over a week later after chasing this, chased up cookie jar as not received 2 days later and sent email complaining, I get a refund without any provocation on 06/09/23, I ring on the 7th and they don't specifically state the reason and only surmise issue with warehouse and stock, I tell them the product is still for sale and I've had no response to my complaint.
They said they would escalate, I was annoyed to say the least.
I've spent time and effort on calls and chat and no one has come back to me and no explanation.
I am posting this on various review sites as I gave Disney until midday ro resolve, this being same price for the cookie jar along with some form of compensation due to the delay, my time chasing and the unprofessional way they refunded without reason, I will also be pursuing with trading standards
I also didn't get an update about the hoodie being delivered until the date they refunded my item, how ridiculous.
